Welcome to Dr. Carolynn!

I am so excited to have a website and begin engaging and building a community of friends I can work with, share education with, and connect with. Arriving at this point in my life and career has been a long, arduous, fulfilling, and valuable journey. My journey to become a mental health professional came from my journey overcoming trauma, mental illness, and PTSD.

I have earned a degree in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University, a master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University (now National University), and an educational doctorate in Community Care and Counseling from Liberty University.

I work with couples, families, and individuals to navigate mental illness, trauma, and relationships. I use work with EMDR and EFT in my practice. I also provide therapy to those seeking Ketamine Assisted Therapy. I also enjoy public speaking, trauma-informed education, and couples workshops.

I look forward to using this space to share more resources and education to guide you in your mental and physical health journey.
